For nearly 30 years, I've worked in real estate and construction—first as a contractor, then managing properties, and eventually helping investors prep homes for sale. Through it all, one problem kept coming up: finding a junk removal company that actually showed up on time, quoted honestly, and understood the urgency of property turnovers.
After too many experiences with companies that promised one price and charged another, or worse, showed up hours late when we had inspections scheduled, I decided to create something different. Junk Yak was born from a simple belief: hauling junk doesn't have to be complicated.
